  I tried calling multiple times one day at 7 PM to place order for pick up and no one answers my call. I drove down to store to pick up food at 7 :15 and i see "OPEN" light flashing and doors are locked. I was by the door and a lady comes and tell sorry we are closed and closes door on me and didn't bother to listen me when i was asking a question to check timings.
  
  Serving tasty food alone will not make it a good business. Customer Service is important as well. Have courtesy to answer customers and keep up with your open/close sign boards and timings.

  The first time we had lunch here everything was fantastic the regular gyro was made the right way with Shaved meat, the peasant salads had plenty of dressing. Well I returned today (and I guess I should not have), I ordered 3 gyros, a large peasant salad and a baklava, when they now resort to the topical frozen presliced gyro meet out of the three gyros two had no tomato and one had no sauce. And the large salad did not have enough dressing. Oh one last thing the way I was treated by the owner I walked in and he said how you doing and I said great (thinking I was to have a good lunch) and I said fantastic! Well his reaction was at least one of us is having a good day, if you don't want to hear from your customers you should not ask.

  First time visit. I was concerned due to the amount of patrons that I would be waiting a long time. No need! The food arrived promptly and with a smile! It was so fresh and tasty, I can't wait to go back again.
